HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by item size, weight and origin. 

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 3-5 business days, this includes production time since some of our products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 10-14 days delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please track your item using the tracking information that was emailed to you. If you cannot locate your parcel, contact our support team at funkymonkeyhut@gmail.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers during the order process, addresses or delivery instruction mistakes, or missed parcel delivery times by the shipping vendor). 

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, please contact us for resolution.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Contact us directly before return shipping to process your return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Funky Monkey Hut has the right to refuse returns past 15 days  after delivery.
